By accessing and using Criteria, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Criteria does

Criteria is a tool for analyzing ideas with artificial intelligence. Evaluations are informational and don't replace human judgment.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Don't share your account. You may request deletion of your account anytime via the Privacy section; tax invoices already issued are retained by legal obligation.

Your idea, your property

You retain all rights to the ideas you submit. Criteria does not claim intellectual property over submitted content. Ideas are processed by Anthropic according to its privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Criteria to:

• submit illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content
• attempt to bypass usage limits
• reverse-engineer the service
• use it for spam or unauthorized automation

Limitation of liability

Criteria is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that evaluations are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. We're not responsible for decisions made based on evaluations nor for service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
